Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service. All major credit cards, cash, and check are accepted for payment.
Health Insurance
I am considered an “out-of-network” provider. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, my invoices can be submitted to your insurance company for partial out-of-network reimbursement. I will provide you with an invoice for services at the end of each month. The invoice will contain all information required in order to receive reimbursement from your insurance company.
